Choose the Certified Training Professional (CTP) 'Train the Trainer' Programme to develop your training skills and become a QQI/FETAC Level 6 qualified trainer. The CTP programme comprises two component modules:

Completing both modules (at a discount price of just €795) leads to the QQI Level 6 Special Purpose Award in Training and Development, (6S3372).

If you are an experienced trainer this course will keep your qualification up to date and maintain your place on the ICS Skills 'Train the Trainer' register.
The full CTP programme of two modules runs on seven Saturdays, from 11th April to 6th June.

Candidates will attend seven days of instructor-led tuition that will include engaging in practical activities.
Candidates are expected, with tutor support, to pursue up to 250 hours of self-directed learning, research, and written exercises.
Candidates will be expected to produce an assignment portfolio and video as evidence of their training competence.
The CTP Programme will be delivered at the headquarters of the Irish Computer Society (ICS), located on Pembroke Road, Dublin 4.

The venue offers state-of-the-art classroom facilities, and is accessible by bus and DART.
CTP tutor Hannah Gleave has a strong passion for education and training, with a philosophy focusing on encouragement and facilitation.
Hannah will provide the class with professional, personal support through a combination of guided tuition, peer-learning, practical activities, and self-study advice.
Hannah's experience includes lecturing in UCD to classes of over 150 students. Among her many qualifications are a Masters in Information Behaviour.
Successful candidates will receive dual-certification – from Ireland's national certifier QQI and from the European Computer Driving License (ECDL) Foundation.
The CTP 'Train the Trainer' Programme is developed by ICS Skills, a QQI/FETAC registered provider.
On successful completion of the CTP Train the Trainer programme, graduates will be eligible for inclusion on the ICS Skills national register of certified trainers.
